Esther Sampson popularly known Estelle is the CEO of Estelle Training Konsult Ltd, Lagos, where she performs as Managing Consultant.  She is MD/CEO of Estelle Events Limited. A Corporate Event Management Outfit also in Lagos. She is Director, Corporate Communications at The Girl Mentoring Initiative (TGMI). An NGO Reputed for Mentoring Teens and Women. A JCI Senator, was President of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Lagos Coral, 2013. She also served at the National Board of JCIN as the Chairperson for Ten Outstanding Young Persons, (TOYP) 2014. A JCI Annual Event that Recognizes, Honours and Celebrates Young People who are Outstanding in Business, Technology, Entrepreneurship, Community Development, etc.
